Tunisia

I left the Medina and walked straight into the real Tunis. Street art, local food, and a city with layers that most visitors never see.

I went to Korbous, a coastal town in Tunisia famous for its natural hot springs, and paid a hammam master to give me the full traditional treatment.

I ordered the same meal at PAUL in Paris and PAUL in Tunis. The difference was not what I expected.
